As executive vice president for Stonehill, J. D ana T sakanikas
implements Stonehill’s strategic vision, inclusive of managing
the structuring and execution of its investments. She has been
responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing on joint
venture equity and joint venture preferred equity investments
across all Stonehill and Peachtree funds, with a focus on, and
first JV closing in, a Qualified Opportunity Fund. Tsakanikas has
over 25 years of commercial real estate private equity, structured
finance, development and operations experience. Dana has a
bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary.
